first week's DAAAAAAMN busy
so uni has began and since i live about 10 mins away from uni, i know how quiet this area was over last weekend. then came monday, and i had class at 8 in the morning (I know). since it was still early, uni still was a little empty. THEN CAME 10 o clock. and wooooah. where did all these people come from??
its crazy! FTVMS lecture was packed. it was one of the bigger lecture theaters, if not the biggest, and it was pretty much filled up.
i'm thinking if i manage my time properly this semester i just might be able to do well.
then again i think like that at every semester's beginning :P old habits and dying hard, y'know.
oh god i gotta get a job, if only to fill up time. but if i do try out for foodtown, i have no choice but to manage my time properly. i doubt i'd wanna be a cleaner again, especially with my back "at risk"
went out shopping yesterday for this one hoodie i had been eyeing since i found out that the shop was having a sale and ended up buying 2 hoodies instead. the salesgirl was so helpful to point out this other too-cute hoodie that i just had to have. if you know me, then you know i think hoodies can look frumpy. OH SO FRUMPY. so you KNOW That when i DO get hoodies, they're either free (and frumpy) or super cute that you'd have to get them too! i might post up pics of my hoodies if ever i have pictures of me taken with them.
enough about hoodies. my plans today were thwarted (thwart also means that thingy in the boats, did you know?) when it started to RAIN and rain the whole day. besides i was tired so i just slept the afternoon away. fingers crossed this thursday the gods of rain and wind (i think its tawhirimatea?) would be merciful and we can frolic in the sun at the beach :)
got to go now, do some reading and manage my time (roll eyes, grit teeth)
